6. Intellectual Property
All TikTok videos downloaded through SaveTok remain the intellectual property of their original creators. SaveTok does not claim any ownership over downloaded content. The SaveTok name, logo, and website design are the property of SaveTok and may not be used without permission. TikTok and ByteDance are registered trademarks of ByteDance Ltd. SaveTok has no relationship with ByteDance Ltd.
7. Copyright and DMCA
SaveTok respects intellectual property rights. If you believe that content accessible through our service infringes your copyright, please contact us through our contact page with: (a) a description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed; (b) the specific URL or information identifying the allegedly infringing material; (c) your contact information; and (d) a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner. 9. Limitation of Liability
